TRIBO PHOSPHATING means :
• Multiplied transmission capacity of the connection in comparison with conventional
shaft/hub connections
• The pressed connection can be joined and detached several times
without destruction (without loss of the transmission capacity)
• Execution possible as longitudinal or lateral
pressed connection (compression)
• The compression procedure can be conducted without the need
for lubricants
• Also suitable for thin-walled components and hollow shafts
• Prevention of TRIBO corrosion
• Cost savings in comparison with form-locking shaft/hub connections
We increase the service life and load
capacity of your power transmission elements in shaft/hub connections, gearings, roller bearing seatings and
pressed connections by preventing fretting corrosion and increasing the
static friction between the transmission elements !
